Defective Products:
- 30-day money back guarantee on all "Buy-It-Now" items for defective products.
- No restocking fee will be charged for defective products.
General Refund Policy:
- 15% restocking fee on all non-defective product returns.
- For incompatible or mistakenly purchased products, please contact us to work on a solution before requesting refund.
Returns:
- All returns require an RMA#. Please email us at onlinesupport@memhut.com to request an RMA# for your product.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
